Join us for a fun and supportive 90-minute Hot Sculpt Align & Flow workshop designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel more confident in class.

​

In this workshop, we’ll break down foundational movement patterns like squats, lunges, balance work, and overhead reach while learning how mobility, alignment, and core activation work together to support stronger movement.

​

This workshop will include:

• Mobility & Movement Prep Lab


Learn simple mobility drills for the ankles, hips, shoulders, and thoracic spine to improve depth, posture, and range of motion.

• Squat Lab


Explore proper squat mechanics, core engagement, overhead arm positioning, and lower-body strength to help you move with greater stability and confidence.

• Lunge & Balance Lab


Practice lunges, split stance work, balance drills, and glute activation techniques to improve control, coordination, and overall strength.

• Strength & Flow Integration


Connect movement patterns into sculpt-inspired flow combinations to better understand transitions and movement efficiency in class.

• Mini Sculpt Flow & Recovery


Finish with an energizing mini flow followed by mobility, stretching, and recovery work to leave you feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed.

This workshop is designed for all levels and is a great opportunity to learn, move, connect, and grow within the Hot Sculpt Align & Flow community. Whether you’re newer to strength training or looking to refine your form and build confidence, this workshop will give you tools you can immediately apply in class and everyday movement.
